Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your stay at our property. By making a reservation, completing payment, or checking in, you agree to fully comply with the policies and house rules mentioned on this page.

Eligibility

The primary guest making the booking must be at least 18 years old. All guests must present valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.

Reservations

Check-in time: 1:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Full payment must be made before check-in.
An advance payment is required to confirm the booking and is strictly non-refundable.
A ₹5000 refundable security deposit is mandatory at check-in.
Guest entry in the property register is compulsory.
No extra beds will be provided.

Cancellations & Refunds

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once a booking is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

50% refund if cancellation is made more than 7 days before check-in.
No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Guest Conduct

All guests are expected to maintain respectful and responsible behaviour throughout their stay.

Photo ID proof is mandatory for all guests.
Pets are allowed on the property, and additional charges may apply depending on the pet policy.
Lights in lawn and boundary areas will be turned off at 11:00 PM.
Spitting or gutka stains will incur a ₹2000 fine.
Any damage to property, furniture, appliances, or items will be chargeable at actual cost.
Guests must cooperate with the caretaker for check-in, check-out, and property usage instructions.
Misconduct, disturbance, or violation of rules may lead to eviction without refund.

Liability

The property owners and management are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to safeguard their valuables. Any injuries, accidents, or incidents arising due to negligence or misuse of property facilities are the sole responsibility of the guest.

Modifications

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately. Continued stay or usage of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
